Sporting Events (2015-16)
Elizabethan 'Family of Schools' Sports Day and Mattersey Primary School Sports Day (July 2016)
Priory class attended the Elizabethan Academy as part of their transition to compete against other primary schools within the our 'family of schools' sports day. As with any sport, friendship, co-operation, and generally having fun brings people together and judging by our sporting events this year, has done just that.
Thanks also goes to the parents for supporting the school on what turned out to be fantastic day and also to Nathan Story for producing some excellent action shots of both the 'Family of Schools' sports day and our own that was held here at Mattersey.
